The Center is pleased to announce that India Birdsong, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, and Leslie Richards, General Manager of Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, have been elected to the Center’s Board of Directors.
