Center Delivers Train-the-Trainer to RTD Signals and Rail Maintenance Instructors

On February 25-27, Instructional Design Consultant, Kristen Ribaudo delivered the Center’s Train-the-Trainer course to four RTD instructors in Denver, CO. Instructors represented Signals and Rail maintenance. 

The three-day course covered training topics including: The Adult Learner, The Effective Instructor, Classroom Based Teaching and Hands-on Teaching. The learner-centered, hands on training, provided four opportunities for participants to practice teach using new teaching methods and techniques. The Center’s Train-the-Trainer course provides an excellent foundation to teaching the adult learner for both novice and seasoned trainers.
