The transportation industry faces a skills shortage driven by changing demographics, pervasive technological advances and ridership growth. Since 2001, the International Transportation Learning Center has provided sophisticated training solutions, expert facilitation and program development support. The Center’s programs bring labor and management together in developing productive solutions.
