Battery Workforce Initiative

US Department of Energy facilitates this industry-driven initiative to speed up the development of high-quality training for use at US-based battery manufacturering companies. ITLC supports this effort by developing and supporting implementation of curriculum.

Rail Maintenance Training Consortiums

In order to efficiently and effectively meet the industry need for standardized training for rail maintenance employees,  ITLC instructional designers worked with Subject Matter Experts from across the country to create instruction-ready courseware packages for signals, rail car and traction power maintenance.

Foundational Skills Training

In this competitive job market, new hires often do not have the same skills they did in the past. Foundational Skills training is post-employment training developed to fill that gap in key areas like electrical theory, mechanical theory and computer basics.
